⚠️ Disclaimer & Real Talk

I’m not a therapist, just a warrior woman who’s been through the fire and lived to tell the story. The tools, training and resources I share come from experience, faith, and a whole lot of learning the hard way. If you’re working through deep trauma (and I would say that we all are if we have experienced Betrayal Trauma), I highly recommend connecting with a licensed CSAT or betrayal trauma therapist (APSATS-certified pros are amazing and even I had a few therapists help me).
Please know every story of betrayal is different, don't judge yourself so harshly, stay close to the spirit and feel free to use these tools as spiritual support, not a replacement for professional care. Yes, we "CAN do all things through Christ," but we also know that He meets our needs through others. You are not alone, I love you.
